Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Ability to distinguish between colours. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Physically demanding. Personal suitability: Reliability. Team player. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
