We are seeking a experienced and knowledgeable individual to join Elevation Athletics as a *Pickleball Coach *. Whether you are an experienced pickleball enthusiast or someone with a background in coaching racquet sports willing to embrace a new challenge, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: * Possibly develop a training regimen for pickleball members (If chosen as an instructor) * Assist players that are learning the game, provide feedback, give instruction where needed * Join in pickleball games with members if needed * Act as a liaison between the members and the administration team * Monitor all programs, ensure participants are playing safely * Assist in promoting lessons, leagues, tournaments * Ensure that participants understand the rules, scoring, and safety procedures of the game * Enforce club rules and regulations * Keeping score/Input weekly score for leagues * Sending notices/scores and generally keeping in touch with league players via Team Snap app Experience: * Coaching Certification (preferred) * First aid (preferred) * Previous Coaching experience * Vulnerable Sector Background Check (required upon hiring) Application question(s): * Do you have reliable transportation to commute to various locations/times according to various game/practice schedules?
