Ready to Make an impact?We are hiring a District Operator for the London region for a 12 Month Contract.Here's where you'll be focusing:Drive employee engagement and customer experience within the district Coach, develop and empower team membersReview employee and customer engagement results and develop overall action plans, and coach according to market insightsInspire a positive, customer-oriented culture and develop customer service KPIsLead Store Managers/Franchisees and oversee store management development Oversee Franchisee/store management's life cycle including selection, training, performance management, and compensationOwn succession planning and performance managementOwn district team strategy Build strategy that aligns with functional strategyDevelop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure successCommunicate with leader/ team to provide KPI and strategy updatesLead district external compliance and implementation of industry leading store standards Own implementation of external compliance including Integrated Health Management and Food Safety regulationsOwn the execution of internal programs to drive store, product, labour and customer service standards Oversee community involvement and brand advocacy within Drive implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and district involvement in the communityOwn district Income/Profit and Loss and drive performance to meet targets Own development of district business plans to drive sales/business growthLead capital projects Oversee plan vs. actual performanceWhat you have to offer:An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience Full knowledge of store operationsFull knowledge of business processes toolsKnowledge of union contracts and franchise business modelsFull knowledge of company policies and proceduresProficient use of the Microsoft Office SuiteMust have a valid driver's license #HybridWe offer teammates competitive total compensation packages that will vary by role and location.
