Job Overview:
*ViviGro Sustainable Solutions Ltd. *is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our team as _*Agricultural Soil and Crop Specialist*_. ViviGro is a locally owned and operated organization whose primary focus is on promoting soil and plant health, so the position represents the fundamental link between customers, business accounts, and the company's customer-facing strategy as it provides for assistance and advice to farmers on all aspects of Farm management, cultivation, fertilization, harvesting, soil erosion and composition, disease prevention, nutrition, crop rotation and marketing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to sales by utilizing leading agricultural soil knowledge. Knowledge will be used to position our products in a way that is favorable to farmers looking to grow better crops and increase their profitability.
ViviGro currently has a hybrid business model which includes both selling directly to farmers and building our dealer network. This model requires someone who can be strategic for the mutual benefit of the farmer, the dealer, and our organization.
*Main Duties:*
1. Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.
2. Determine customers requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
3. Identify potential customers and handle existing customer relationships to expand market share.
4. With guidance conduct market research in pricing, sales and merchandising activities.
5. Provide counselling and advisory services to farmers on crop cultivation and fertilization, harvesting, disease prevention, farm management and other agricultural subjects.
6. Prepare and conduct advisory information sessions and lectures for farmers and other groups.
7. Conduct research, analyze agricultural data and prepare research reports.
8. Maintain records of services provided and the effects of advice given.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 ? 40 per week
