*Property Administrator*
*The Job & Candidate:*
Orr Development is seeking an energetic Property Administrator to come on board and be a valued member of the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and excellent customer services skills.

*Responsibilities:*
1. Residential Lease Administration:
· Enter new leases into system
· Enter & create move out notices, rent increases, deposits and charge-backs into system
· Issue tenant cheques & refunds
· Generate leasing reports as needed
2. Accounts Receivable:
· Enter and reconcile monthly rental payments
· Follow up on late payments
· Liaise with property managers and tenants
· Respond to tenant enquiries
· Generate AR reports as needed
3. Basic bookkeeping including journal entries and petty cash reconciliations
4. Bank deposits
5. Reception duties (phone, office supplies, couriers, filing etc.)
*Qualifications:*
· University degree or college diploma
· Experience in property management/real estate industry (2-3 years)
· Experience with accounting software (Spectra, Yardi or Sage)
· Background in bookkeeping/accounting
· Strong computer skills, with a good knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word
· Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
