Description Job Description The Culinary Skills Training Program offers Young Adults recovering from mental illness or with other barriers to employment with training, coaching, and work experience so that they can enter the labor force or continue further culinary schooling. Social Crust Café a Social enterprise of Coast Mental Health is an extension of that training. The Café further develops student's soft skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, and organizational skills -- all essential skills that set youth up to be independent, employment ready, and successful in transitioning to further opportunities.
