As one part of this comprehensive program, all staff as well as their dependents have access to free and confidential supports through our Employee and Family Assistance Provider (EFAP), in addition to many other program components. <p> Duties include but are not limited to: <p>Perform a full range of functions such as installation, maintenance and repair of appropriate building services<p>Maintain, adjust, repair or<p>install all types of electrical equipment having complex interlocking or interrelated circuits, eg. generators, transformers, switch-boards,<p>controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, conduit systems or other transmission equipment, proven experience with frequency drives<p>installations and troubleshooting<p>Test continuity of circuits, diagnose problems and suggest corrective action<p>Identify hazardous materials<p>prior to commencement of work and be prepared to work within an asbestos<p>and confined space environment<p>Working at heights which may exceed 10 metres<p>Assume responsibility for the work and equipment allocated<p>Provide estimates for assigned Work Orders<p>Responsible for the acquisition<p>of supplies, inventory-related duties and the completion of required paperwork reports, time sheets and logs etc. connected specifically with<p>work assigned (scheduled).<p>Truck driving and delivery of<p>product which may include trailer towing, material acquisition for delivery and/or set-up of equipment, and light truck vehicle cleaning<p>and maintenance<p>Other duties as assignedQualifications: <p>Valid Electrician - Construction and Maintenance License, TYCO RC Certified, CSA Z462 certified<p>Five years of recent experience in installations of commercial, industrial and construction settings<p>Knowledge and understanding of pertinent safety and building codes, regulations and legislation<p>Ability to work from blueprints, drawings, laserfiche layouts or other specifications<p>Computer skills<p>Experience in estimating and specification preparation<p>Experience in Energy Management Systems and temperature and boiler and HVAC control systems<p>Experience in fire alarm and life safety systems, building protection systems, and public address and time clock systems<p>Valid Class G Drivers license and reliable transp
