*What you?ll do:*
* Assist Account Executives with as generating quotes, completing sales agreements, and following up on issues
* Directly managing accounts that fall within the specified scope
* Serving as a liaison with other teams to facilitate internal follow-ups on project implementations and service issues
* Representing the Account Executive in all assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy and updating client service systems
* Audit and validation of documentation as it relates to insurance of our customers
* Offering proactive feedback and guidance to internal teams regarding the evaluation of sales initiatives, product development, problem resolution, etc.
* Staying well-informed about new company products/services and changes to existing offerings
* Coordinating internal teams and resources upon request for MSA reviews/renewals, change/cancellation requests, and billing inquiries.
* Working closely with the Account Executive to ensure timely communication with clients.
* Prospecting for new business through lead generation, if required.
* Tracking and reporting personal activities, funnel input, and closed business using Salesforce
* Maintain & audit sales for quarterly commission
* Back up for customer complaints (user to user); call listening etc.
* Verifying and approving new customer accounts and paying scrutiny to verification of data
* Uphold consistent standards of process documentation for new sales and existing account holder changes
* Other duties or projects as assigned

* High attention to detail
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with challenging clients
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Exceptional computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
* Experience working with Salesforce (CRM) would be an asset
