Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Warehouse. Tasks: Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts. Participate in the redesign of applications and other software. Organise day-to-day business operations. Ensure that process steps are carried out according to specifications. Ensure that systems and equipment are operating efficiently and that proper maintenance and repairs are performed. Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software and operating system software. Install software and hardware and configure operating system software in preparation for testing.
