Precision Heat Treat is a small, custom metal processing company in the industrial manufacturing sector. Heat treating metal parts in large furnaces alters the metal, transforming it to create more desirable characteristics. In manufacturing environments such as this, the safety of our workers is the first and most important goal, and every employee must participate in training as required and follow safe work procedures at all times. Precision is constantly developing and inventing new equipment and new systems to enable each of us to do our jobs better, faster, and more accurately.
Due to the nature of the business, PHT operates around the clock, and so all staff must be able to share the early morning, day, afternoon, and night shifts as they can be best worked out for everyone. This requires each employee to have access to reliable transportation, since transit does not provide adequate safe service at all hours.
If you are a motivated individual who enjoys working with a team, we encourage you to apply for this position. Please submit your resume highlighting your relevant skills and experience. We look forward to reviewing your application!
