Ferrero, home to the iconic Kinder brand, is on the lookout for a dynamic Project Manager, Kinder (Contract) to join our passionate team.As the Project Manager, Kinder (Contract) at Ferrero, you'll be at the heart of innovation, collaborating closely with our Brand Teams and various functional areas to bring exciting new products to market. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for juggling multiple high-priority projects while maintaining laser-sharp focus on quality and detail, then this role is tailor-made for you.Your days will be filled with excitement and purpose as you orchestrate the development and delivery of groundbreaking innovations. From issuing timelines to ensuring major milestones are met, your role will be instrumental in driving our New Product Development Process forward.Main Responsibilities:Input new product briefs and monitor project timelines with multiple cross-functional stakeholdersLead weekly cross functional Marketing Operations Meetings and monitor key deliverables of project timelinesWork closely with the Packaging Development Team on packaging development of primary and secondary packs and displays Work cross functionally with teams to secure the required costing inputs for P&L development of new projectsManage Ferrero’s database by ensuring new products are entered in a timely manner and by deactivating discontinued itemsEnsure Planogram Images (Everyday) and Marketing Images (Seasonal) are present and current within databaseCreate and maintain spec sheets; complete sales SKU readiness documentationWho we are looking for:Bachelor’s Degree required4+ years of experience in consumer-packaged goodsUnderstanding of Supply Chain systems and SAPKnowledge of Sales & Marketing strategiesProject Management experience and skillsAccuracy, thoroughness, and keen attention to detailPassion, energy, and driveAbility to set and achieve goals, while being able to lead and influence othersHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)Accommodation: Ferrero Canada will accommodate the needs of applicants with disabilities throughout all stages of the selection process.
