Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Assist in demolishing buildings. Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Direct traffic at or near construction sites. Experience: Will train. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees . Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers . Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .- LocationAbbotsford, BC
