<span>Under the supervision of the Executive Director or his assistant, duties include, but are not limited to:</span><br><br>- Supporting administration in all tasks<br>- Supporting the recruitment department<br>- Inventory of supplies;<br>- Assisting in the development of projects<br><span>- All other tasks as required by supervisor.</span> <br> The general requirements for this position are:<br><br>- Ability to organize events<br>- Written and verbal communication skills in French and English<br>- Proven ability to work in a team environment<br>- Be able to pass a security clearance <br>- Have some administrative skills<br>- Must have a valid driver's licence- LocationSaint-Alphonse-Rodriguez, QC
