Assess individuals in areas such as physical limitations, orientation and mobility skills, and cognitive, social and emotional barriers to establish client rehabilitation or adaptation goals. Develop individualized education and intervention plans based on special needs of client to facilitate their readaptation and independence objectives. Prepare reports or case histories. Implement life skills workshops. Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs. Provide suicide and crisis intervention. Resolve conflict situations. Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs. Housekeeping activities. Food preparation.
