*Position Overview:* We are seeking a diligent and reliable individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that our culinary team has the necessary tools and equipment to deliver exceptional meals to our guests. *Responsibilities:* * Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently. * Ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and stored appropriately according to health and safety standards. * Assist with the organization and stocking of clean dishes, utensils, and other kitchen supplies. * Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dishwashing area, including regular cleaning of equipment and surfaces. * Dispose of kitchen garbage and recycling in a safe and sanitary manner. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to support efficient flow of dishware and utensils during peak service times. * Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. * Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients. * Follow instructions from management and adhere to all company policies and procedures. *Qualifications:* * Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment preferred but not required. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. * Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). * Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the team. *Benefits:* * Competitive hourly wage * Opportunities for advancement within the company * Employee meal discounts * Pleasant work environment with a supportive team Join our team at The Stone Ducky and become an essential part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests!
