With 7 locations throughout Ontario, the Refined Restoration Group team takes pride in providing property owners, management offices and insurance company contacts with the necessary administration and industry recognized services required to complete all restoration tasks, in a safe, professional, and economic manner.
*Responsibilities*:
* Customer relations, preparation and presentation of assessment and estimating reports, project management duties, and meeting established timelines.
* Communication with vendor(s), insurance contacts and all in-house administration staff as outlined in Refined guidelines.
* Project duties include assignment intake, site response, completion of inspection reporting, emergency services organization, damage assessment and formation of estimate reports.
* Organize and coordinate site reviews with multiple person(s) as necessary to examine, evaluate, and report on service needs.
* Maintain internal and customer document compliance using PSA, Symbility and Xactimate/XactAnalysis software programs as outlined in Refined guidelines.
* Candidate must be available to respond to emergency requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during an established on-call rotation.
* Candidate must be able to read, interpret, and understand construction and building trade reports outlining site specifications.
* Assemble accurate, profitable, and well-organized estimates in a timely manner.
* Review accuracy of all trade reports, quotes, and invoices to assure accuracy and rectify discrepancies.
* Follow invoicing procedures and practices as outlined in Refined guidelines.
* Ensures compliance with all applicable building codes, health, and safety legislation, Ministry of Labour and Human Rights.
*Qualifications:*
_Education and/or Training_
* High School Diploma
* Current IICRC accreditation preferable
* Valid drivers license with clean driving record
_E_xperience
* Construction experience
* Construction estimating with a minimum of 3 years experience
_Language_
* English (required)
* Bi-lingual in any other language(s) and asset
