Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Clean and lubricate cranes. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Operate bridge or overhead cranes to lift, move and place plant machinery and materials. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants. Direct traffic at or near construction sites. Personal suitability: Accurate. Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills.
