The Maintenance Mechanic is Responsible to maintain, upgrade, troubleshoot and repair all HVAC equipment within the Department of National Defense facilities to achieve optimum life span of equipment. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform monthly preventative maintenance as directed by the supervisor including:Perform site inspections (interior / exterior) and document Respond to emergency trouble calls of a mechanical nature, and support other staff in their tasks Support mechanical maintenance duties, including but not limited to:Minor- LocationLondon, ON
