*Your role with us:*
As a subject matter expert, the Human Resources (HR) Generalist will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership across the organization in a wide range of HR services. Aligned with organizational strategies and the corporate culture, the HR Generalist will provide customer focused and effective support to all departments.
*You will bring to the role:*
* Post secondary education in the field of Human Resources Management.
* CPHR designation is an asset.
* Minimum 5 years of demonstrated and progressive experience in generalist roles.
* Experience in implementation and maintenance of an HRIS system.
* Experience in oil and gas industry and/or a manufacturing environment.
* Excellent communication, mentoring, and teambuilding skills.
* Strong understanding of provincial and federal regulations and legislation.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Strong organizational skills.
