Dogma Training is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Puppy Program Coordinator. As the Puppy Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our puppy programs, including group classes, KinderPups day school, private training, and puppy events. You will develop and implement puppy curriculum, ensure client and dog success, and support the growth and development of other trainers. This role requires a commitment to excellence, strong leadership skills, and a passion for animal welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the development and implementation of program goals, objectives, and strategies
· Provide excellent customer service to program participants, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
· Coordinate and manage program logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communication
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program success and adherence to established standards
· Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities
· Assist in the evaluation of program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
· Support program events and activities as needed
· Develop and implement puppy curriculum for group classes, day school, and private training sessions.
· Ensure the success of clients and their puppies by providing personalized training goals and progress reports.
· Coordinate and facilitate puppy events, workshops, and seminars.
· Provide mentorship and support to other trainers within the organization.
· Maintain a clean and safe environment for puppies and clients, adhering to strict cleaning, environmental, and behavioral protocols.
Requirements:
· Certified Dog Trainer (DDT, CPDT-KA, or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
· Commitment to personal and professional growth and development.
· Passion for animal welfare and a desire to make a positive impact in the dog care industry.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
· Ability to handle heavy lifting when required
Benefits:
