Raz Design is a small medical device manufacturer, located in North York. In response to our growing product lines, we are in need of an individual to join our business-to-business customer service team. Inviting candidates from the Greater Toronto Area (Ontario, Canada) only.
*Position:* Customer Service Representative
*Status:* Full time position
*Salary:* Commensurate with experience

*Responsibilities:*
* Answer phones / emails and respond to questions / requests
* Generate quotations and sales orders in company?s order entry system
* Process sales orders and work with production team to ensure orders ship on time
* Expedite, follow up and track rush orders as required
* Input new accounts, product codes and pricing into the database
* Coordinate with the accounting team as they establish credit terms for new customers
* Enter, log and resolve customer complaints
* Issue return authorizations and provide documentation to process the returned items
* Act as a product expert and explain our products, their features and benefits, to dealers, therapists, end users and their families / attendant
* Liaise with engineering to determine the feasibility of any request for custom modifications to a component
* Work with senior management and engineering to provide off-the-shelf or custom solutions to meet special user requirements or to address specific user concerns
*Qualifications:*
* Have a minimum 3 years of work experience in a customer service position
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Have the ability to understand basic mechanical concepts
* Know how to deal with difficult or discontented customers.
* Be able to process, manage, and organize volumes of information (product codes, pricing, discounts, compatibility of components, etc.)
* Possess a high attention to detail
* Have a flexible attitude with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
* Be competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
* Have experience with small business accounting/order entry software (experience with QuickBooks or SAP Business One is preferred)
* Be able to work 2 late shifts a week, currently finishing at 7 pm EST
* Be able to work on some Canadian statutory holidays on a rotation basis
* Ability to fluently speak a native European language will be an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
