Open doors for apprenticeship and career advancement in these fields, where innovation meets expertise. *Responsibilities for Journeyperson:* * Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings * Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations, prioritizing safety standards. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance productivity and innovation. * Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs. * Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures to safeguard yourself and your team. * Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time. *Requirements:* * Journeyperson Electrical certification * 2+ year experience as a Journeyperson * Previous electrical construction experience working within the Restoration sector would be considered an asset. * Candidates MUST have a Valid class 5 License with a clean abstract, Red Seal Certification, CSTS. * Priority consideration will be given to candidates with valid certifications in Fall Protection, Lockout Tagout, Elevated Work Platforms, Asbestos Awareness, and First Aid Levels 1 and 2, as these qualifications are highly valued assets. * Flexibility is key! Candidates must be open to a dynamic work schedule and willing to be on call, adapting to the ever-changing demands of our industry. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Experience in writing Damage Assessment Reports is a big asset. * Maintaining a clean, professional appearance and high standard of hygiene is a must for all candidates. * Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in a foreman role, demonstrating leadership and management skills. * Although a company vehicle is provided, candidates must possess a reliable personal vehicle for additional flexibility and transportation needs. * Punctuality is paramount.
