Source Atlantic is a growing and dynamic organization that empowers, innovates and grows talent.Why Us?Thriving company dedicated to excellence and innovation.Collaborative team environment fostering growth and development.Opportunity to lead impactful HR projects and shape organizational success.Key Responsibilities:Strategic AlignmentUnderstand the strategic needs of the company and talent requirements, and in conjunction with HR Director, align HR strategy to meet business needs.Collaborate with business units to ensure HR initiatives support overall goals Lead HR projects such as employer branding initiatives, benefits plan optimization and employee events to support the organization.Talent ManagementIdentify talent needs for different business units Participate in recruitment efforts, interview candidates and assess fitFacilitate smooth onboarding processProvide guidance on performance improvement plansIdentify training needs and coordinate learning programsHR ExpertiseInterpret HR strategies, policies, guidelines and programsProvide expertise in areas such as compensation, benefits, and employee relations Support organizational changes, communicate to employees and ensure smooth transitionsEnsure practices adhere to legal recruitments keeping updated on legal practicesHandle employee documentation and recordsConsulting and Coaching Act as a bridge between employees and managementAddress employee concerns, conflictsProvide consulting and coaching to branch and department managersPromote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.Align our people management with business strategyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field;Preference will be given to those with experience.
