Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: All weather conditions. Work setting: Construction site. Tasks: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs. Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse. Empty trash cans and other waste containers. Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings. Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies. Work with minimal supervision. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees .
