*Hybrid Health & Fitness is looking for a licensed and experienced Registered Massage Therapist to join our team and takeover an existing caseload.* The successful RMT candidate is someone who is dedicated to building and growing a long-term practice with Hybrid. We operate in a team-based environment that supports each other's skills to ultimately benefit our patient's long-term health needs. *What's provided:* * Great location with high walk-in traffic and visibility to build your practice * Existing caseload to start * Competitive compensation and room for growth * Online scheduling and e-charting service * Flexible hours * Treatment room, therapy table and linen supplied * Onsite laundry service * Storage and cabinets for personal supplies * Dedicated room for all shifts * A supportive, friendly and fun work environment *Requirements:* * Candidate must be in good standing and actively registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) * Must have active professional liability insurance * Provide high-quality treatments with complete focus on the patient * Professional, positive, passionate individual with a strong work ethic * Collaborate with other healthcare providers to achieve best possible patient care * Have no restrictions or conditions to work Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $80.00-$110.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 ? 20 per week Benefits: * Casual dress * Extended health care * Flexible schedule * On-site gym * On-site parking Flexible Language Requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: * Retention bonus * Tips Ability to commute/relocate: * Toronto, ON M5C1W6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Experience: * massage therapy: 2 years (required) Licence/Certification: * Massage Therapist License (required) Work Location: In person- LocationToronto, ON
