Here's what you'll be doing every week.
* Build relationships by communicating professionally with our client contacts via Phone, Chat and Email from our headquarters.
* Timely Resolution of Incidents and Requests from our client contacts. (Fix their problems and make them happy!)
* Team collaboration and sharing what you know with fellow employees.
* Triaging tickets and coordinating schedules
* Identifying bigger problems and working with the team to communicate with our clients and resolve the issues.
We are looking for someone who knows how to troubleshoot problems, learn rapidly, and communicate well. We are looking for someone who's excited by words like "PowerShell", "Microsoft 365", "Azure", "Automation", "MikroTik", "Hyper-V" and "Virtual Networking".
