Toll Small Engines is an exciting, rapidly growing Small Engine/Outdoor Power Equipment shop. We started in the Service side focusing on and earning the trust of the professional landscape contractor and rural home owner markets. In the last 3 years, we have successfully moved into the Sales and Parts sides with a very strong Toro Dealership and we are looking to add a couple more high quality dealerships in the near future. As we continue to grow, *Toll Small Engines *is seeking to add an experienced and motivated *Small Engine Mechanic* that can independently diagnose and repair all small engine/outdoor power equipment for our professional landscape contractors, rural homeowners, and power sports enthusiasts.
This resource will take direction from our Founder/Owner who will provide technical guidance, direction, and mentorship to assist in all technical aspects of the role.
This resource will be supported by our Service and Parts Manager who will co-ordinate and prioritize service tickets, locate and price the required parts to complete the service jobs, and manage all customer interaction and billing.
*Primary Responsibilities* include but are not limited to: issue diagnosis, labour estimates, parts identification, and repair of all Small Engine/Outdoor Power Equipment. It also includes updating of work orders to include parts, labour and status updates using an iPad.
*Necessary Skills* include strong technical/mechanical knowledge, expert troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, a strong desire to satisfy customers and to work as a team. Electrical, hydraulic, and welding skills highly desirable. Moderate computer (iPad) usage skills are also required.

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
