We are currently recruiting for Construction Labourer to join our team in Saskatchewan. With offices in Saskatoon and Regina, the successful candidate can reside anywhere within the Saskatoon and Regina regions and surrounding areas. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with tank and piping installation and removal projects (above or underground) throughout Saskatchewan and adjoining provinces. In addition, you would be expected to provide leading edge customer service and have a willingness to learn new skills.Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Complete project activities as directed by the Construction Leads and Project ManagersInstall, test and commission petroleum equipment as per regulatory requirements and manufacturer's instructions and proceduresWork with sub-contractors to complete project tasks for additional disciplines as required (electrical, excavation, concrete, civil)Ensure that the company health and safety policies and procedures are followedTravel will be required as our construction division covers Saskatchewan and Western CanadaEnhance company reputation through workmanship, quality and controlCarry out manual tasks as required while working outdoors in all conditionsSuitable candidates will meet the following qualifications:Any petroleum or construction experience would be considered an assetExcavation and concrete work will be considered assetsValid Class 5 driver's license and clean abstractExcellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team focused, deadline-driven environmentAbility to take direction well, work independently and safelyCompetent using tools and operating equipmentAbility to handle very physically demanding work; working long shifts and extra hoursMust be hard working, reliable, responsible, energetic, and dependableMinimum High School EducationBe able to safely lift a minimum of 60 Lbs.Petroservice attracts and retains great people in our industry by offering a challenging and dynamic work environment.
