Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, packaging, and labeling various types of meat products in a timely and precise manner. Duties: - Perform meat cutting and trimming according to specific customer requests - Package and label meat products for display and storage - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cutting area - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with meat selection and preparation tips - Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill orders and maintain inventory levels Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Butcher or similar role in the food industry - Proficient in meat cutting techniques and knowledge of different cuts of meat - Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering high-quality products - Certification in food handling is a plus If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for butchery and providing top-notch service, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
