Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Tasks: Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Plan and manage budgets. Develop and implement quality control programs. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 5-10 people. Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Overtime required. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Flexibility. Organized. Team player. Values and ethics.
