WesternTrust is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join their close-knit team supporting Whistler Premier's accounting needs. Ideally suited for someone who has full cycle bookkeeping and Property Management experience. The ideal candidate would be team-oriented, organized, efficient, and motivated. Offering a competitive wage in the range of $23 to $28 per hour with a remote first work model. It is preferred that you reside near our office in Whistler, some travel may be required from time to time. *About the Role, Benefits & Perks*: ? 40 hours per week with lots of flexibility. ? Full Cycle bookkeeping experience including accounts receivable/payable, account reconciliations, and property management accounting experience. ? Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering information. ? Motivated self-starter who can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with self-discipline for the remote first work model. ? Advanced knowledge and experience using QuickBooks accounting software. ? Works collaboratively within a team environment. ? Proficient in the English language. ? Personable and friendly with a positive attitude. *Responsibilities include: * ? Record all financial transactions of the business including its expenses, sales, and all cash flow. ? Able to collaborate with the U.S.-based controller to bring books to the trial balance stage. ? Process accounts receivables and payables. ? Keep a record of financial transactions daily; verify incoming and outgoing transactions. ? Other duties as reasonably assigned.
