As a Service Centre Administrator, you will be responsible for enabling Scotia Online access to our end clients on behalf of the Wealth Management business units. Is this role right for you? In this role you will: Assist Wealth Management employees and clients with questions and procedures through calls and emails Take ownership of inquiries adhering to the standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) and ensuring information is accurately delivered Assist in analyzing, creating, and maintaining a variety of Excel reports related to client-specific mailing requirementsDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? ? We'd love to work with you if you have: Experience working in a brokerage environment Knowledge and experience working with different systems and applications such as Broadridge, SCORE, AS400, OAM/WealthOne and Salesforce is an asset Strong analytical skills A good understanding of client on-boarding and maintenance rules, regulations, and processes Strong knowledge of operational processes and systems in support of Wealth Management Business An ability to multi-task, change priorities as required and work in a high-volume administrative-focused Service Centre environment Effective written and verbal communication skills An ability to work in a team environment and independently Location(s): Canada : Ontario : Toronto Scotiabank is a leading bank in the Americas.
