We differentiate ourselves by the strength of our service and custom oriented culture.</p><p>As the Plant Manager of our CALO facility, you will be responsible of the overall site operations and employee?s management. On site, you will be on charge of day-to-day operations. You will ensure a safe, efficient, and high quality production to achieve the objectives, and find ways to increase productivity.</p><p><b>The benefits of working with us?</b></p><ul><li>Permanent full-time position from Monday to Friday;</li><li>Salary paid weekly;</li><li>Eligible for group insurance after 3 months of continuous service;</li><li>Group RRSP with employer contribution;</li><li>Two floating days per year;</li><li>Professional, dynamic, friendly and caring team.</li></ul><p><b><br>Main duties and responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Review, implement and track corporate KPI?s;</li><li>Manage budget and headcount;</li><li>Manage personnel performance and behavior;</li><li>Maintain positive working and resolve conflicts;</li><li>Set policies and procedures;</li><li>Ensure the materials, supplies and equipment availability;</li><li>Determine resource requirements and work allocation;</li><li>Determine production deadlines;</li><li>Identify trends and implement continuous plant improvements;</li><li>Manage Customer Service and purchase orders;</li><li>Analyze process workflow;</li><li>Administer Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs;</li><li>Maintain proper activities documentation;</li><li>Responsible for all operations employees;</li><li>Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.</li></ul> <br> <ul><li>Bachelor?s degree in engineering or related field;</li><li>Experience ok 5+ years in production management;</li><li>Forklift license or ability to obtain forklift license;</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;</li><li>Excellent people and conflict management skills;</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills;</li><li>Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills;</li><li>Proficient with MS Office Suite or related software;</li><li>Knowledge of ERP working;</li><li>Speak french (an asset);</li><li>English is required for this position as the workplace and team are English speaking.</li></ul>
