SUMMARY The Assistant Property Administrator ("APA") is responsible for the property management, operations, budget management, project management, tenant relationship management, health and safety, and emergency preparedness and business continuity for an assigned portfolio. At this position level, the individual is responsible for: Assisting with a Portfolio of 10 to 20 industrial properties Facilities of moderate complexity; Contract requirements of moderate complexity KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Property Management, Administration and Operations Assist Property Managers to operations, administration and maintenance activities for the portfolio.
