Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grill Cook to join our team in the food industry. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for meal preparation and ensuring high-quality food is served to our customers. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and showcase your culinary skills. Duties: - Prepare and cook food items on the grill according to recipe specifications - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure food quality and minimize the risk of contamination - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation - Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and sanitation standards Experience: - Previous experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role within the food service industry - Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety regulations - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required If you are passionate about cooking delicious meals and providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
