PurposeContributes to the overall success of Scotiabank's Global Transaction Banking (GTB) team by promoting and delivering client-centric cash management solutions. In partnership with client relationship teams, the senior manager provides expert advice directly to corporate/commercial clients by leading journey mapping sessions and/or deep dive sessions. The sessions lead to cash management product recommendations or customization to help drive client primacy. What You'll Do: Being an advisor, expert and thought leader to our commercial/corporate client base Drive a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships by leveraging various teams, systems and knowledge Build deep understanding of Scotia's core cash management product solutions to ensure effective knowledge delivery, idea generation, and solutioning to clients Support business development efforts by assisting with Request For Information (RFI) & Request For Proposal (RFP) responses as well as sales pitch presentations Lead client journey mapping sessions focused on understanding the client operations and needs Provide trends and best practices advice in helping clients transform and automate their treasury and cash management functions using Scotiabank products & services Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, product, digital payments, operations, and technology) to deliver client solutions and enhance client experiences Act as voice of the client to inform product roadmaps Consistently engage with sales teams to educate and apprise them on key client wins and the application of products to those clientsWhat You'll Bring: 7 years of experience in cash management with an emphasis on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & Treasury Management Software (TMS) integrations Ability to clearly communicate and influence clients and partners while maintaining strong relationships High-level understanding of technical architecture of banking services Have an intrinsic curiosity about how various industries use banking services High-level understanding of host-to-host connectivity including Application Program Interface (API) Ability to provide industry-leading advice to clients and partners to help inform strategic decisions An analytic mind ready to think outside of the box and identify innovative ways to support our clients Passionately curious and motivated to understand client relationships, areas for growth, efficiencies and making practical, meaningful suggestions to simplify and improve their operationsInterested?
