We are an OEM steel manufacturing and production company looking to add to our Fabrication team. This opportunity will provide full time employment with long term and permanent benefits. Work Schedule -Monday-Friday (8:00 A.M.- 4:30 P.M.) Requirements: - Reliable transportation -Ability to read a Tape Measure. -Ability to read and understand CAD drawings are a strong asset in this position. - Steel toe work boots - Ability to lift up to 70lbs regularly -Ability to work with others. -Time management and delegation skills are strong assets in this position. Machinery experience with are considered assets but not required, We will train if necessary. -Punch Press, -Saws, Cold, Band, Drills press, -Iron Workers, -Manual Mills, -Manual Lathes, -CNC Lathe, CAM Plasma Cutters, Surface Grinders, Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 ? 50 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Paid time off Flexible Language Requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: * Coquitlam, BC V3K 3V5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * Metal fabrication: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationCoquitlam, BC
