We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to develop, plan, and implement Scotiabank's Digital Banking strategic priorities Small Business clients. This role will develop a compelling product vision, strategy, roadmap, and define key business objectives (OKRs). You will leverage your deep understanding of business & technology strategies, customer feedback, analytics, market trends, and will continually prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for the product portfolio. You will partner with technology & design teams, control functions, and business lines to deliver the optimal customer experience. Is this role right for you? Creating measurable, repeatable value for internal and external customers. Building scalable software solutions across platforms and devices. Lead problem discovery to understand customer needs, current challenges and work closely with design and engineering partners to come up with solutions. Creating, communicating, and gaining buy-in for your product vision and feature roadmap. Collaborating and building strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics, marketing, UX/UI, business partners and other product teams to deliver high-quality products. Driving short and long-term product strategies, and goals, and scaling new capabilities across platforms. Continuously interpreting customer needs and business pain points to determine the biggest problems to solve. Making data-informed decisions & conducting hypothesis-driven product development. Understanding how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? 5+ years of experience in a role building customer-facing digital products You have experience in web, mobile, or microservice development You have led a technology product or a digital journey end to end, from inception to delivery Experience working in or with cross functional teams such as Engineering, Design, and Accessibility teams You are a strong problem solver and have a bias for action You have a curious and experimental mindset to drive innovation amidst uncertainty You have excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail You have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels in the organizations What's in it for you?
