We prefer all applicants create an online profile to successfully attach your application to this posting._____________________________________________________________________________________<p>School Secretary and Learning Resource Coordinator (LRC) <p> Full Time Support Position <p>St. Mary Catholic School is a Kindergarten to Grade 12 School <p>St. Mary Catholic School invites applications for a full-time support position in Westlock, AB. The assignment is for a half time School Secretary and half time Learning Resource Coordinator (LRC) commencing the first day of the 2024-2025 school year. <p>Salary Range $19.02 to $26.72 as per Support Terms and Conditions of Employment.<p>Preference will be given to candidates that possess the following: Relevant formal training/experience, e.g., secretarial, business administration, accounting.<p> A strong desire to work collaboratively to contribute to a smooth functioning office environment.<p> Basic accounting knowledge<p> Working knowledge of student record systems (Power School)<p> Exceptional public relation skills<p> Extensive word processing skills using basic work processing programs.<p> Routine record keeping skills, e.g., student records, attendance.<p> Able to provide office/program support mail, filing, unpacking, forms, registration, photocopying.<p> Skills to provide a variety of services directly involving students, e.g., first aid, dispensing medications, home/student communications.<p> Skills to support routine activities as assigned by the immediate supervisor, e.g., mail sorting, school registrations, maintaining office supplies.<p> Strong interest in, and knowledge of literature and literacy.<p> The ability to perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor that are consistent with training and experience.Qualifications and Required Documents Current Resume<p> Reference Letters<p> Recent pastoral reference<p> Criminal Record Check (dated within six months)<p> Intervention Record Check (dated within six months) Deadline for applications: Friday, May 17, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. <p>All schools in Evergreen Catholic recognize the critical role that teachers serve in the mission of the Catholic Church.
