South, London, ON N6E 3Y1)<p>Under the<p>direction of the Supervisor(s) of Maintenance, perform work in accordance with<p>the appropriate designation as recognized by the Ministry of Skills and<p>Development. This involves the maintenance, repair, installation, and<p>construction of structures, fixtures, and equipment throughout the school<p>board sites.<p>Qualifications and Skills: <p> Minimum of five (5) years HVAC experience <p> G1 and 313A technician certification<p> Install, service, balance and repair heating, gas and electric ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, chillers, boilers, etc.<p> Repair and calibrate pneumatic and electronic controls and thermostats<p> Monitor and correct problems in HVAC systems through computerized BAS systems<p> Perform other assigned duties that are within the area of knowledge and skill as required<p> Sheetmetal/ductwork<p> Perform work in accordance with applicable codes, acts, and standardsStart Date: ASAP Job<p>Type: Permanent Salary range: $32.58 to $35.57 <p> (Commensurate with experience)<p>Applications must include a cover letter and a resume, documented proof of qualifications, and the names and contact information of three professional references, one of whom is your immediate supervisor. <p>The<p>London District Catholic schools exist to provide an educational atmosphere<p>which fosters and directs the spiritual, intellectual, physical, and social<p>growth of all our students to enable them to live and contribute as responsible<p>Catholics in any society.
