PAUL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL REQUIRES A <p>EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR FOR 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR <p>St. Paul Education invites applications from qualified individuals for the position of Early Childhood Educator at Ecole St. Paul Elementary School. We seek a committed, reliable, and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with children in the early learning environment. This is an hourly position with a comprehensive benefit plan.<p>Early Childhood Educator Specific Skills: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.<p> Caring and nurturing personality.<p> Ability to manage a classroom independently.<p> Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.<p> Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding the abilities, interests, and needs of children.<p> Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and other service providers working with children.<p> Value an inclusive philosophy.<p> Work collaboratively with the Certificated Kindergarten Teacher on appropriate extension activities.Qualifications: Alberta Child Care Certification of Child Development Supervisor (formerly Level 3) or Alberta Child Care Certification of Child Development Worker (Formerly Level 2) with experience.<p> Other education that would be considered an equivalent may be considered,<p> Experience working with the Flight Curriculum would be an asset.<p> Ability to speak both English and French is considered an asset.<p> Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required.<p> Current Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.For more information, contact Mrs. Adrienne Dallaire, Principal, Ecole St. Paul Elementary School at 780-645-3537 or by email at dalladri@sperd.ca<p>Qualified persons wishing to be considered for this position are invited to complete an online portfolio at http://stpauleducation.simplication.com by 12:00 p.m., Monday May 13, 2024 .
