Previous experience with oral surgery is valued but not required. Consider this your opportunity to join a dedicated, ultra-collaborative team in the heart of the fast-growing community of Waterdown</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Intake, processing and scheduling of patient referrals</li><li>Patient-facing communications to facilitate bookings, update treatment status and provide relevant financial and clinic policy information</li><li>Communication with referring dental and medical practices in maintaining professional relationships</li><li>Payment processing and overseeing payment flow with insurance companies</li><li>Facilitating clinical documentation and notes and formal communications with both patients and healthcare practices</li><li>Management and curation of all clinic documents and sensitive patient health information</li><li>Coordination of complex, multi-step surgical treatment plans</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in typing and use of word processing and spreadsheet-based applications</li><li>Strong communicator, able to maintain professional decorum in patient- and office-facing interactions</li><li>Written and verbal English fluency</li><li>Fundamental bookkeeping and accounting knowledge required</li><li>Familiarity with dental software, word processing and spreadsheet-based programs valued</li><li>Previous work experience in dental industry highly valued</li><li>Very strong organizational skills</li><li>Active team participant and open communicator</li><li>Ability to work and communicate effectively in a dynamic environment</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary and eligibility for benefits package</li><li>Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth</li><li>Supportive work culture that values teamwork, collaboration, and innovation to streamline clinic processes</li><li>State-of-the-art facilities and resources to provide advanced consistent patient care</li></ul><p><strong>How to Apply:</strong></p><p>If you are passionate about providing exceptional care to patients and thrive in a collaborative team environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
