Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Assist in set up and conduction of chemical experiments. Compile records for analytical studies. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Assist in developing programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards . Assist in development of standards, health and safety measures. Compile records and interpret experimental or analytical results. Operate experimental chemical or petrochemical pilot plant. Develop and conduct programs of sampling and analysis. Conduct safety training programs. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Food Safety Certificate. Analytical techniques: Sampling. Area of work experience: Analysis. Product development and formulation. Quality assurance and control. Type of industry experience: Food and beverages. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
