Appraise value of property and buildings

Assess value of land, buildings, structures and property improvements for taxation, grants and regional planning prior to purchase or sale

Collect and analyze financial records of a business, such as financial statements, budgets, projections and sales data

Appraise value of industrial and commercial machinery and equipment

Assess business's competitiveness based on analysis of data

Assess value of machinery and equipment for taxation, grants and regional planning prior to purchase or sale

Analyze a company's financial records to assess its competitiveness or market value

Appraise value of personal and household items

Review and analyze data such as past sales, title searches, engineering and alignment maps and soil maps

Prepare appraisal reports for lending agencies and insurance companies

Prepare reports for estate planning, matrimonial litigation, insurance and business losses

Review and analyze data such as subdivision, water and sewer plans

Appear as an expert witness before courts, security regulators and other regulatory boards and commissions
