<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong><em>Key Requirements and Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><ol><li>Invoice logging and general data entry</li><li>A/R and A/P work</li><li>Month/Year End closing including adjustments, Journal entries and accruals.</li><li>Maintains and balances the general ledger in an accurate, compete and up to date manner</li><li>Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.</li><li>Maintain the accounting mailbox - reply to vendors, customers and sales rep's inquiries.</li><li>Maintaining records of sales representatives' commission on a monthly basis.</li><li>Bank, credit card, and vendor statements reconciliations.</li><li>Maintain daily mails and an orderly accounting filing system</li><li>Provide other accounting support as required.</li><li>Other administrative and accounting duties assigned.</li></ol><p><strong><em>Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</em></strong></p><ol><li>High School Diploma required; post-secondary education in accounting or office administration would be beneficial.</li><li>Knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Excel.</li><li>Able to operate standard office equipment (scanners, printers, etc.).</li><li>Ability to deal with customers and vendors</li><li>Excellent customer focus and communication skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Strong work ethic and drive</li><li>You have a strong sense of urgency and can meet deadlines</li><li>Take pride in your ability to produce accurate work output</li><li>Self-motivated, self-directed, self-managed.</li></ol></div></div>- LocationMississauga, ON
