*Requirement's:*
* Flexible Schedule: The nature of the hospitality industry often requires flexible working hours. As a front-of-house manager, you might be expected to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to oversee operations during peak times.
* On-Call Availability: In some cases, you might need to be available on call to handle emergencies or urgent situations that may arise.
* Attendance at Meetings and Events: Attendance at managerial meetings, staff briefings, and special events related to the food and beverage department and Annual club events is required.
* Responsiveness to Communication: Responding to emails, calls, or messages related to work matters, to address any urgent issues or queries.
* Coverage for Absences or Emergencies: Being available to cover shifts or duties in case of unexpected staffing shortages or emergencies within the department and the club.
* Adherence to Scheduled Shifts: Consistently adhering to scheduled shifts and demonstrating reliability in fulfilling assigned work hours.
* Planning for Time Off: Communicate in advance and coordinate time-off requests with the AF&B manager to ensure proper coverage and smooth operations in your absence. Time-off requests during peak seasons are not permitted unless they are emergencies and communicated with the senior management team.
*Responsibilities:*
* Assist to lead, manage, and coordinate various sections within F&B, such as restaurants, bars, banquets, catering, and events, working closely with Assistant F&B.
* Report directly to F&B Assistant Manager
* Ensure the FOH staff maintains exceptional customer service standards.
* Follow and implement the KYC dress code and be an example (managers business casual)
* Address customer needs, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Help the AF&B manager to recruit, train, schedule, and supervise FOH staff, including hosts, servers, and bartenders.
* Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and handle staffing issues or conflicts.
* Manage the day-to-day operations in the front-of-house area, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Work with our Hosts to coordinate seating arrangements, reservations, and guest flow to optimize service and minimize wait times.
* Ensure that the establishment maintains high cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards in the public areas to create a consistent ambiance.
* Uphold quality standards for service, food and beverage presentation, and overall ambiance.
* Help the AF&B manager monitor sales, analyze financial reports, and contribute to budgeting and cost control measures.
* Assist in oversee inventory levels for front-of-house supplies, such as dining utensils, linens, stationery, or guest amenities.
* Help the AF&B manager coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of necessary items.
* Liaise between FOH and back-of-house staff (kitchen, management) to ensure seamless operations coordination.
