Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards - Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently - Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere - Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders Skills: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests - Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment transactions - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in the food industry or bartending is preferred Join our team as a Bartender and showcase your bartending skills while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
