He is also responsible for supporting the team in carrying out projects by ensuring the development of competent and professional teams. This position represents the springboard to access management of the technical services department within the water treatment center of excellence.</p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Human Resource Management</li><li>Health and security</li><li>Operational management</li><li>Business development</li></ul><p><strong>Location:</strong><span> </span>North Shore</p> <br> <p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Measure and monitor performance;</li><li>Follow the processes and use the tools put in place to facilitate the completion of projects;</li><li>Identify areas for improvement and participate in their implementation in order to increase the team?s production capacity;</li><li>Identify customer needs and manage their expectations;</li><li>Identify and optimally use the strengths of team members;</li><li>Remain calm in crisis situations and make thoughtful decisions in stressful situations.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Have a bachelor?s degree in chemical or biotechnology engineering or the equivalent;</li><li>Be a member of the OIQ (Order of Engineers of Quebec);</li><li>Specialization in water treatment;</li><li>Have more than 10 years of experience and significant management experience;</li><li>Have experience in the mining or industrial sectors;</li><li>Bilingualism.</li></ul>
