Ideal Candidates will demonstrate the following attributes: * Safety Conscious, Consistently Adhere to Strict Safety Protocols * Willingness to Work Hard and Contribute Positively to a Team Environment * Eager to Learn and Improve * Available to Work Long Hours (+/- 12 Hours Per Day), including Overtime and Weekends * Punctuality and Reliability Prioritized * 3+ Years Grader Experience Considered an Asset * Previous Experience with Cat 140H / Cat 140M Considered an Asset * Strong Leadership Skills Considered an Asset * Valid Driver?s License and Vehicle Considered an Asset Marmot Construction Ltd. is a member of the Construction and General Workers?
