*Ticketing Agent* As a Ticketing Agent you will consult clients about air tickets, and making booking through Amadeus GDS systems. As a ticketer you will respond calls and walk-in customer, issuing flight ticket for domestic and international travel. ??????????????????????????Amadeus ?????????????????????????????????????????? *Qualifications* 1. 2 year sales experience in Travel industry and Flight arrangement is required . 2. Proficiency working with Amadeus, Clientlinq and Microsoft Office. 3. Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is a strong asset. 4. Strong communication skills and market awareness. 5. Exceptional customer service skills. 7. Communications. Ongoing communications with ticketing department and operations management team 8. Creating Trip manifests (Guest Details) 9. Office Management.
